Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

If you purchase from outside of Australia or the US, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you require any changes to your order including correcting address details and styles, please contact us immediately at orders@edwardsandco.com.au to ensure adjustments can be applied promptly.

If your order has already been processed, Jaye Hair Care. accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

For faulty items please email us at orders@edwardsandco.com.au so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

What is the shipping cost for products under $75?

Retail orders over $75 will receive free standard delivery. We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 1 business day. 

Retail orders under $75 will have delivery calculated at checkout

Local Sydney orders can be collected from Jaye Haircare’s Alexandria warehouse.

Wholesale orders have delivery calculated at checkout. 

What is the Return Policy? Are there any charges for returns?

Jaye Haircare may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.

Jaye Haircare may, at their sole discretion, provide an exchange on the return of the Products within 21 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.

You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

Jayehaircare.com accepts unused and unopened items purchased through the jayehaircare.com website ONLY.
